Our restaurant is a warm and welcoming neighborhood fixture offering a mix of from-scratch wood-fired pizza, Italian classics and creative contemporary dishes. Established in 1997, Julio’s Woodfired Pizza & Grill was Southbury’s first wood-fired pizza restaurant — and for nearly three decades, we’ve been proudly serving the community with authentic, made-from-scratch Italian food.

We catered our Christmas dinner from Julio's and every tray of food was excellent. Highly recommend their meatballs and chicken cutlets. The quality of the food and pricing was great. Will cater from them again in the future. Also, their pizza at the restaurant is excellent. Thin and crispy and I love their sausage and broccoli rabe pie.

Wife and I travel from Danbury 3-4 times a year just to have their Neapolitan Calabrese pizza. Our favorite pizza in CT, sorry New Haven. Ceasar salad is always really good too. See you again soon!

Stopped in with my husband for a quick bite to eat. We got the sausage and broccoli raw pizza and a pizza with tomato, garlic and basil. Both were delicious. Staff is very nice and such a cute outdoor seating area
